Women of all ages, shapes, and sizes should never limit themselves. We have to get out of our heads and learn to love and appreciate the way our body looks, feels and moves at all times.We like to express to women that they are not supposed to move or look like someone else in their sensual movements. Sensual movements should be organic.Every day is a new dance and that’s what makes it so beautiful and authentically you.We encourage women to step out of their comfort zone and do something different even if it’s only for an hour.
