At The Table is a collective of chefs, artists, designers, and activists exploring the intersections of food, gender, culture and politics. As immigrant women, we've felt the impact of discrimination across these creative industries. Tackling these issues is the main ingredient of our food focused events; be that root to fruit feasts, workshops or pop ups. Sustainability matters at our table-for both food and its creators, we are as passionate about fair working conditions as we are about fair-trade ingredients. Our goal is to create a community that utilises its various platforms to elevate marginalised voices by doing what we love; cooking creatively to gather round the table to eat, drink and think together.
