I’ve been cooking since I was 10, inspired by my grandma’s love for traditional home-cooked meals. I’m all about creating simple, heartfelt dishes that bring people together, but I also love adding my own twist by blending flavors I’ve discovered from my travels around the world.For the past 4 years, I’ve embraced a vegan lifestyle, which has sparked even more creativity in my cooking. I’m constantly exploring new ways to make food exciting, all while keeping an eye on how it impacts the world.Originally from Argentina, I’ve been calling Barcelona home for the last 5 years, and for the past 3 years, I’ve been hosting intimate food experiences with 5-course vegan meals paired with wine.
