Brilliant Detroit is a neighborhood-powered model ensuring children 0-8 are school-ready, healthy, and supported. We do this by transforming houses into community hubs where children and families have what they need to thrive. We currently operate 16 hubs across 24 neighborhoods, where families with young children come for programs in education, health, and family support, and to build community with one another. to receive love, safety, growth, and fellowship. There are many opportunities for you to get involved, such as signature volunteer events, a variety of programs like high-dosage literacy tutoring, and hub-specific projects – all of which need volunteer support throughout the year.
