After certifying as a yoga and meditation teacher in 2018, and as someone who has developed a mindfulness practise though hiking various long distance trails in the UK and abroad (which has hugely supported my mental health) I am now providing various walking meditation and hiking offerings to bring these practises to more people at an accessible price. I am a certified mental health first aider, and mind-body therapy practitioner and I bring these skills into the practises I teach and to hold a safe space for anyone that wants to have a chat during or after any of my walks.I also teach mindfulness meditation online once a week, and plan to offer Woodland and outside Yoga classes as the weather improves. I am currently working towards my Mountain leader Qualification, so once established Mandala Hikes can go on retreat to places like the Lake District. My intention is to build connection, both with nature and ourselves, but to also build a community of like minded people.
