Irina Bakumenko – Watercolor Artist & Workshop OrganizerIrina Bakumenko is a Canadian watercolor artist based in Kelowna, BC, originally from the Russian Far East. She is known for her expressive architectural watercolors, capturing the emotional atmosphere of homes, cityscapes, and natural surroundings. Her work has been exhibited across Canada, Italy, USA and Russia, and collected by art lovers in over a 12 countries.Irina is an active member of IWS Canada and the Federation of Canadian Artists, and she is deeply involved in nurturing the watercolor community through education and collaboration.In July 2024, she successfully hosted a sold-out workshop with Michael Solovyev in Kelowna, BC — an inspiring and well-received event that brought together watercolor artists from across the province.
