We Got Youis a music project to raise awareness about mental health challenges and to provide support for the creation of wraparound mental health services for children and adults in the Waterloo Region. All funds raised through the sale of our music and through ticketed concerts will be donated to theFilling In the Gaps Foundation.TheFilling In the Gaps Foundationseeks to raise funds for registered charities in the community that demonstrate a commitment to evidenced-based, wraparound approaches to mental health care so that individuals won’t fall through the cracks. We are going to work together to create a mental health system that instills hope and compassion for all.We Got Youis led by two principal musicians: Margaret Henderson and Abby Goodrum, who have written (together and individually) much of the music for this project.We are also fortunate to work in partnership with ON AIR, Yvonne Way, The Sonic Uke Ensemble, Paul Goossens, Mary-Catherine Pazzano and Thomas Hammerton.
