We are Lumen. Life brought us together through a shared passion for community events, yoga, self development and good food. With a series of wellbeing retreats, corporate awaydays and workshops we offer a shared understanding of how important is it to take care of ourselves, especially when we lead a busy life, with friends, family and work taking up so much of our energies. We know that every time we find a space to stop, nourish the body and mind and re-focus, we are better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of life, reach our potential and find fulfilment. We bring a wealth of experience and knowledge which informs our programme.
