Purpose of the Friends of Wildwood Cemetery, Inc.To restore, preserve, maintain, and enhance the historic assets, natural beauty and ecology of Wildwood Cemetery (and any other properties owned by the Amherst Cemetery Association) for the enjoyment of the general public, and to conduct other activities, including but not limited to educational, artistic, commemorative events to increase public appreciation for them. To conduct such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purposes as may be carried out by a corporation organized under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 180 and described in Section (501)(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
