She specialises in ancestral healing, helping women to free themselves and their lineage of limiting patterns that block the realisation of their full potential. She helps them reconnect with the natural rhythms of the earth and therefore their own intutive knowing. She acts as a bridge between the higher cosmic realms and the earth, helping us to anchor and embody our soul light.Sonraya's leads shamanic druming circles in the Poole, Dorset area to awaken the power within. She also offers online workshops for women to gather in sacred circle working with the Moon phases.
