Sandy Bashaw is the owner of Rapha Well Healing, LLC providing licensed Christian Counseling in Ohio and Michigan. She, also leads an 8-Week Transformation Program which is a faith-based journey designed to help Christian women heal in spirit, mind, and body. Through a unique blend of Biblical principles, counseling techniques, and holistic wellness tools, this program empowers women to overcome depression, anxiety, emotional eating, obesity, poor self-esteem, and silent stress. Participants engage in weekly sessions, worksheets, reflection, and guided support—gaining clarity, healing, and tools to align with God’s design for their life. Women can then participate on FB lives each week along with a monthly zoom call to continue their journey to wellness with accountability and encouragement.
