Our community-based company offers dance and fitness classes for women, girls, and kids both in-person and online. Sumera emphasizes partnering with community organizations operating in under-resourced areas to run FREE physical activities for youth, newcomers with a refugee background, and new moms. Our in-person and online classes include Bollywood dance fitness, Bollywood and semi-Classical Indian Dance, Latin and Caribbean dance workouts, Kid's Yoga, Kid's fitness, mom and baby fitness, and an annual free youth dance and safety series.2024 marks 10 years of programming - Cheers to us!
