Ash discovered breathwork when she needed it the most a few years ago after a difficult early life and series of traumatic events. Having experienced severe anxiety, depression and nervous system dysregulation firsthand, breathwork transformed Ash’s life and has been a catalyst in her journey.“Everything that we seek externally; the answers, the medicine, the peace, the wholeness, it already exists within us. Breathwork simply showed me how to access this and I wholeheartedly believe that it can do the same for you”.Driven by her intention to empower others to make positive lasting changes to lives, all that is required is an open mind. Further, Ash can be hired to assist at retreats to deepen participants transformative experiences through various breathwork practices.Ash is a lawyer and an Accredited Master Breathwork Facilitator (400 hours of training) and received her accreditation from Australia’s leading Breathwork Training.
