Her interest and fascination with the use of colour led to her becoming an Aura Soma Practitioner for a few years, before studying a variety of courses, which have enabled her to embrace her spiritual connections.Having had a background of loving and playing classical music, being given the opportunity to train as a registered Sound Therapist was an opportunity not to be missed, and Kate now offers regular Sound Relaxation Therapy sessions near Fareham every month, and is able to offer 1:1 and group sessions upon request.Kate strongly believes in the benefits of raising your vibrations and uses a wide range of tools to help bring this into reality. She has also developed a range of Energy Clearing Goddess Sprays using crystals and essential oils which help to rebalance and re-connect your energy fields. These are available for you to purchase direct from her.Having taken her learning a stage further, Kate is now able to teach and share this knowledge with others, offering a range of courses including Lotus Chakra, Angelic Lightworker and Meditation, together with hosting regular Aromatherapy Workshops at venues near her home in Titchfield.
