We are committed to ensuring that all members have every opportunity to develop as young officers (for those who are NROTC midshipmen), and as Yale students, mentally, morally, and physically. Often, the cost of required NROTC events and training evolutions cannot be covered by official NROTC unit funds, meaning that the cost is passed down to the midshipmen. We want to ensure that no midshipmen is ever limited in their training as future officers, and therefore strive to provide them with the resources they need. As an organization, the three main resources we provide are (1) an inclusive community for all members, (2) financial assistance for ROTC training activities, and (3) events that connect Association members with the U.S. Navy, Yale NROTC alumni, and the many resources provided by Yale University.
