Hello there! I'm Kelsey. I am a Canadian yoga teacher with a passion for making people feel connected to themselves, others & the world around us.My many creative passions keep me in the dance of continuously learning and sharing. I love hosting a variety of events including: yoga, art, meditation & wellness topics.I believe that creating an inner stillness through moving with breath on the mat allows us to experience more moments that feel spacious and joyful in our lives off the mat.I have studied vinyasa, yin, advanced asana, meditation and pre/post natal yoga, with an emphasis on meditative and fluid movement animated by the breath.
