Welcome!My name is Mara and I am a yoga instructor and certified Reiki Level 1& 2 practitioner, passionate about guiding others on their journey to balance and well-being. My yoga journey began in my early 20s as a conduit to help alleviate feelings of depression, anxiety and panic attacks to find relaxation. In 2020, I was searching for focus and clarity and challenged myself to pursue my 200 Hour Yoga Teach Training Certification with Yoga Renew. Ever since taking this step, my practice has become an integral piece of my daily routine. I enjoy exploring music genres, gardening, flower arranging, reading, crafting/creating, sewing as well as being outdoors in nature. I believe strongly that yoga is for every body and you don't have to be flexible, young or even athletic to do yoga! It's about showing up for yourself on the mat.
