A kundalini yoga teacher (ISKY) and sound therapist I support people to develop and integrate healthy yogic practices into daily life.With the help of the gongs, I lead small groups and offer 1:1 mentoring to those experiencing turbulent times or through times of change.Together, through targeted techniques including breath work, postures, mediations and mantras we create a regular practice to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
