We like to get social after class and sample craft beer while getting to know our neighbors and supporting local businesses. Whether it's your first yoga class or 500th class we hope you feel stronger, relaxed, and a little hoppier. It will be sure to cure what ALES you!If beer is not your jam we always have non alcoholic options and welcome you to simply enjoy a high quality and affordable yoga session. These classes are great for people new to yoga, the casual yogi, or the yoga skeptic that feel yoga is 'boring' or 'weird'.You can find us at several breweries, beer gardens, and resorts around Florida and Pennsylvania.
