Hannah is a freelance yoga instructor with 6 months of teaching experience in Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga for all ages. She has been practicing yoga for over 10+ years with her favourite classes being heated yin yoga and hips/heart focused vinyasa sequences.She is passionate about creating yoga sequences that provides her students with inner peace, centering and challenge, leaving them feeling much more balanced then when they first arrived to her classes. She incorporates essential oil offerings and chakra focus in her classes.
