I am a qualified British Wheel Of Yoga Teacher and Yoga for Menopause Teacher, meditation and mindfulness teacher, Life Coach and Nordic walking instructor. I run and own a beautiful yoga studio set in the Norfolk countryside, close to major roads and 12 miles from Norwich City centre. I offer various styles of yoga e.g vinyasa, restorative, yoga nidra, hatha, yin yoga, chair yoga, classes, workshops, retreats, private appointments, Corporate yoga, and private retreats for your special occasions. I cater for every body but my main focus is on women's health, being a yoga for menopause qualified teacher I help many women from perimenopause through to post menopause. I help clients with varying degrees of physical, mental and emotional health challenges, illness including, yoga for chronic fatigue, trauma, for anxiety, long covid, lower back issues, cancer - these are some of the conditions I help my clients with.
