Breathe For Transformation is founded by Ashwini Shannikodi, who is a certified yoga teacher and trauma-informed facilitator. Following 20 years of chronic migraines from childhood and 6 years of chronic pain, depression, and anxiety , she explored alternative approaches to healing. She has used pranayama, meditation, storytelling, movement, and sound to heal from the inside out. Inspired by her lived experiences, she now offers mind-body approach to mental health and wellbeing. Breathe For Transformation offers person-centred, trauma-informed and inclusive sessions and workshops.
