Hi, I'm Hana.My personal development journey started 13 years ago — first out of curiosity, later out of necessity. I grew up as the classic “good girl”: driven, responsible, and always trying to do everything right. My career looked great, but my relationships kept repeating the same patterns. That contrast led me to explore psychology, communication, and emotional intelligence — and it completely changed the way I see love, connection, and myself.Today, I help women who feel exactly how I once felt: strong and capable, yet somehow struggling to express themselves or set healthy boundaries in relationships. Through coaching and workshops, I teach how to communicate clearly, stay connected to your emotions, and build relationships that feel balanced and real. Lately, I’ve also been focusing on the emotion of anger — helping women understand it as a messenger, not an enemy.In my coaching, I combine empathy with a clear structure — my own three-level coaching system that guides you from awareness to change and integration. We start by understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface, then move toward practical steps that help you communicate differently, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in yourself. My goal is for you to leave each session with more clarity, confidence, and inner calm — ready to create relationships that feel honest, balanced, and fulfilling.
