So why Your Nanny Network? With over 60 years total combined experience in the industry we (Charlie, Charlotte & Millie) were collectively getting incredibly frustrated at the lack of support, help and guidance that we needed throughout our careers. With no HR department it can often feel like you are lost at sea when you have particular challenges within your job as a Nanny.We now personally have a wonderful and supportive collective cohort of Nannies that we can chat to, and lean on but that has taken time to grow and cultivate and that is why we wanted to start Your Nanny Network. Not every Nanny has a network to reach out to instantly, meet up with and ask for help and advice. Our aim is to empower, support and encourage Nannies from all backgrounds, bringing everyone together and helping them to carve out a career path that is right for them and their goals.Your Nanny Network is accessible to everyone, from our free, weekly podcast (What The Nanny Heard) where we discuss hot topics, interview experts in the industry and generally have a good giggle. To our Resource Library, where you can have access to a whole range of downloads from budget planning, contract templates and tips and tricks to help you throughout your career.
