My business, QiBelly, was established in 2010 here in Toronto. I teach QiGong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Meditation and Reiki.I've trainedtraditionally under respected masters in Japan as well as China; a 20th Generation Tai Chi Chen Style lineage, a 3rd Generation QiGong lineage, and a 5th Generation Komyo Reiki lineage.Originally from California, I graduated from University with honors, earning an undergraduate degree in Psychology. After graduation, I left the US to travel abroad for 8 years. I was fortunate enough to visit many countries during that time. Mainly studying, I would pick up odd jobs where I could. Alongside my studies, I started to teach QiGong in Kyoto, Japan. I was there for 3 years. In Beijing, China, I continued to teach QiGong at a cultural centre in the heart of the city. It was there that I started openly teaching Reiki and meditation.I arrived in Toronto in 2009 with the intention of starting a family as well as a business to share these learnings with others and help them empower themselves with that knowledge.I work with people from all over the GTA and beyond. When I first arrived in Toronto, I worked at seven different locations across the city. I worked at chiropractic clinics, dance studios, gyms, parks, and had a few rental spaces of my own. After about two or three years, I moved everything to my studio on the Queen West-West (Parkdale) in Toronto.
