I’m an unfiltered, overworked mom of two little ones, a pharmacist by trade, and a passionate advocate for maternal mental health. Before kids, I roamed the globe freely, experiencing over 25 countries and many of the world's wonders.Like many moms, I’ve juggled the chaos of raising kids while caring for aging parents and managing a career. Exhaustion, loneliness, guilt, and overwhelm were daily realities—ones I know so many moms face.What kept me going? My community. My "tribe" became my lifeline, helping me navigate the challenges of motherhood and reminding me that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s SURVIVAL.Now, I’m on a mission to help other moms do the same: prioritize themselves, build meaningful connections, and rediscover joy through shared experiences.At Wandermama, we believe in the power of community and adventure to heal and uplift.
