More about Alexis:Alexis grew up as a highly competitive athlete starting at a very young age, then transitioned into learning all things holistic after her mother was diagnosed with cancer. This inspired her to move to the Bay Area in the heart of Silicon Valley to study holistic nutrition. While studying to complete her certification she began working at a meditation healing center in Downtown Los Altos, CA where she also became certified in meditation & holistic healing. Her focus originally was to face her own struggles with anxiety, depression & maintaining a healthy relationship with food. As she continued to learn she discovered how intelligent the human mind, body & spirit is, which then led her to fall in love with sound. After witnessing the journey's of people from many different walks of life, she is now inspired to empower people to recognize the God given power each & everyone one of us hold within.
