Expressive Art Therapy Workshop

Workshop Overview:
This 2-hour expressive arts workshop invites participants to explore their emotional and personality patterns through gentle metaphor, color, and creative self-reflection. Using the Personality Types as a playful foundation, participants will draw connections between their internal states and these expressive traits. Open to all, no prior art or therapy experience is needed.

Workshop Objectives:

• Use metaphors to explore emotional and personality tendencies
• Recognize how different personality traits show up in us on different days
• Slow down and connect with the emotional present
• Use color, texture, and form to express inner and outer self
• Reflect and witness personal insights through creative journaling
