WIPE International is established in 2019. The organisation is a registered non-profit charitable organisation in Hong Kong focusing on the prevention of human trafficking at source.The organisation has developed two major ministries, concerning ‘safe migrant’ and ‘sub-health’, to help high-risk of being trafficked villagers to maintain their physical health and to assist them to take up legal employment.Through the work in Hong Kong and Cambodia, the organisation actively promotes Hong Kong people's concern about human trafficking, and at the same time liaises with Cambodian churches in different provinces and villages to organise a nationwide prevention network.We hope to see one day, the churches replace the traffickers role, becoming the first place where villagers will seek help from when they encounter crisis in life.
