Compassion and Wisdom Vihāra (悲智精舍) was established as a space for personal growth and spiritual learning—a place where individuals can deepen their understanding of the Dharma and learn to embody compassion and wisdom in everyday life.We are a contemporary Buddhist community committed to making the Dharma accessible in English. While many Mahāyāna teachings are traditionally shared in Mandarin, our Vihāra provides a welcoming environment for practitioners to explore the Dharma in a language that resonates with them. By integrating traditional teachings with modern perspectives, we offer an approach to Buddhist practice that is both relevant and meaningful in today’s world.Rooted in core Buddhist values such as mindfulness, ethical living, and selfless service, we support one another in cultivating wisdom and compassion.
