From my earliest years, my core focus has always been deeply rooted in making a significant and lasting impact on the lives of others. This unwavering commitment is precisely why, after completing college, I chose to enter full-time pastoral ministry, dedicating myself to this path for the next 17 years. During that period, I had the privilege of starting two churches, in OH and NC.In 2008, I transitioned into the business world by purchasing a franchise, and it was during this time I discovered just how much I enjoyed business ownership and the fulfilling interactions with my business owner clients. However, I soon found my impact on others felt somewhat lacking and insufficient. Consequently, I decided to transition away from that business and embark on a journey of establishing my own independent financial advisory practice.Eventually, I went on to create a multi-advisor financial firm located in Cary, NC. For the next 12 years, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside some of the best people, including many small business owners. After hiring an EOS Implementer in 2017-18 to assist us in scaling our own firm, I recognized how immensely valuable EOS could be for other leadership teams. From that pivotal moment, I began to intricately weave EOS into the very fabric of my financial practice.
