When developing a treatment plan, we enlist our clients to be an active member of their treatment plan, decision making, programs, support systems, and medication management when needed.Every person, regardless of their disability, race, ethnicity, gender, age, economic status, or sexual orientation, has the right and responsibilities to full potential in our society, the right to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity, free from stigma and prejudice.We promote community understanding of mental illness, tolerance, and acceptance of those living with the illness. We work closing in breaking the barriers of stigma within mental health and in working in making more accessible services to those seeking help.
