We are Marla Wilson and Valerie Plump. Marla has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for nearly 10 years, and Valerie has for closing in on 8 years. During our journey we have witnessed women hesitantly come through the Jiu Jitsu gym doors, and leave after their first class and deciding not to return. We see you! It can be uncomfortable training with a bunch of men that you don't know especially for women who have experienced physical trauma. We are aware that many women want to be able to defend themselves, and this should be prioritized in our unpredictable world.That's where we come in! We have worked hard training in women specific self defense, and the day has come for all women to feel comfortable getting the same training as us in a WOMEN'S ONLY environment!We are so excited to share our knowledge in a variety of settings. We have an on site space near Milton that we can host seminars in, but we also have mats that we can load up and bring to you!! Whether it be in your garage or backyard having a girl's night, at a business who has an employee investment program, a firehouse hosting a women's self defense seminar, a hair salon after hours with their stylists and clients, a realtors office, community centers, gyms, etc. The possibilities are endless. If you think about it, more than likely we will be able to cater to what it is that you are looking for.
