Art teaches us so much about ourselves and is a beautiful practice to help us to overcome so many of our internal struggles.​ Art can help us express the unexpressed, it can help us to heal, to nurture, to grow and to discover parts of ourselves we never even new existed. ​It is my heartfelt passion to help people "unlearn" what they believe creativity to be and reignite the power of creativity in their lives.​I combine guided meditation and expressive art therapy to help people to get out of their busy minds and connect in with their hearts.
