  • Astronomy and Astrophysics

  • Space Sciences

Through talks, presentations, and interactive sessions, the event aims to foster innovation, promote knowledge exchange, and inspire the next generation of Filipino space scientists.

Terms & Conditions

  • Registration and Payment 
    • Participants must complete registration with accurate information. Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the required fees.
  • Ticket Use & Refund Policy
    • Tickets for the conference are transferable, allowing participants to assign their slot to someone else if needed.
    • Full refunds are available only if requested on or before June 30, 2025. But, conference tickets may still be transferred to another participant.
  • Data Policy
    • In line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. By registering for this event, you consent to the collection and use of your data solely for the purpose of coordinating and managing your participation in the Philippine Space Science and Astronomy Research Conference (PSSARC). Your information will be handled with strict confidentiality and will only be accessed by the authorized members of the organizing committee. Sharing of your data with any third party without your constent will be strictly prohibited. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
  • IDEA Study Participation Consent
    • To fully confirm your slot for the Philippine Space Science and Astronomy Research Conference (PSSARC), you are required to complete a separate consent form related to our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) study. This form will be sent via email after registration. Completion of the consent form is a condition for confirming your participation in the event. All information collected will be kept confidential and used solely for research and event improvement purposes.
