Hey you radiant soul,I’m Sara —a space holder, artist, mind-body coach, yoga & Samaa student and teacher, and fitness instructor. I create soulful, embodied spaces where people are invited to return home to their bodies, breath, and inner truth.While I hold academic degrees in Art and Psychology, my true transformation began seven years ago when I discovered the healing power of Yoga, Meditation, and Sufi Dance. These ancient practices helped me release antidepressants, walk away from a life that didn’t reflect who I truly was, and step into a path of purpose and presence.As both a fitness guide and a spiritual seeker, I believe in the bridge between art and mindfulness, between movement and stillness—and how that integration can be profoundly healing.My favorite place to be is where humans come together to sweat, breathe, move, and break boundaries—with love.If you join one of my offerings, you’ll find a warm, inclusive space lit with candles, flowing with good music, nourishing tea, deep breaths, spicy movements, and beautiful humans doing the sacred work of coming home to themselves.Thank you for being here.
