Hi everyone, my name is Bella and I am a Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, Yoga business coach, community builder and retreat facilitator based in London.I started my Yoga journey in 2015 when living in Indonesia and trained first in the innovative form of Aerial Yoga (hammocks) and continued my journey by completing my 200hrs Embodied Flow Yoga teacher training. I am fascinated by the body,mind and spirit connection and deeply believe that they are inseparable. After studying 100 hrs Yin & Yoga Nidra my style of teaching has changed completely. Due to my own life experiences, I dive deeper into the practice of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Trauma work- such as nervous system regulation and the polyvagal theory and keep exploring behaviour science and psychology. Thus I completed my Acceptance Commitment Therapy training in 2021 and weave helpful nuggets of knowledge and mindfulness into my classes. To add another string to my bow in 2022 I also became a Reiki practitioner.If I am not hanging upside down in an aerial hammock giving aerial yoga teacher trainings or aerial yoga sound baths, I teache Yin, Slow Flow, Hatha Vinyasa, Meditation and Accessible Chair yoga or give Reiki. Or you might find me in South Africa, facilitating yoga retreats.My passion for teaching any sort of Yoga stems from a desire to help others to meet and accept themselves fully and to create a rich and meaningful life through value based living. My teaching style is based on acceptance, choice and curiosity for your own being. I support my students to activate their inner compass, to use the given and inherent tools and find their way back to their own deep, natural sense of knowing and authenticity by creating a safe and supporting environment.
