Hi, I am Angela Green, the BodyWise Facilitator. I am a Mindfulness and Somatic Therapist, a trauma-informed coach and experienced and trained facilitator. I previously worked in the NHS as a physiotherapist and leader for 36 years and now I am bringing together my training, my embodied person-centred approaches and my own lived experience in order to help other women reconnect with their body and live life from their authentic wholeness.
