The wellbeing business won the prestigious ‘Business of the Year’ award in November 2016 from the Local Women Business Awards.Sunshine ServicesMichelle has developed a range of trauma-informed and evidence-based emotional wellbeing courses, trainings & workshops specifically designed to empower others with the somatic tools & techniques to safely release stored stressors in the body. Michelle's unique offering blends both nervous system education and experiential practice which is both required in order to invite more regulation & responsiveness to the autonomic nervous system.
