Aus Überzeugung schaffe ich einen geschützten Raum für tiefgehende Prozesse und erlebe immer wieder, wie kraftvoll die Atemarbeit persönliche Entwicklung unterstützt.For over 14 years, I have been guiding people through breathwork and self-exploration as a Gestalt and body therapist and facilitator of theOriginal Breathjourney– from the Breathjourney and Afterwork Breathing sessions to one-week intensive seminars such as as Heldenreise®, Lovers Journey und Shadow. Out of deep conviction, I create a safe and supportive space for profound inner processes and continually witness how powerful breathwork is in supporting personal growth.
