Lenka Kopecka is a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP/EFT master practitioner, high performance coach and an athlete.Having tested these methods on the track as a speed skater, as a result her female endurance speed team is a record holder in a 24 our race in Le Mans.Coming from a long family line of healers she has trained with the best and most dedicated trainers/healers in the world.She has dedicated over a decade to intensive studies of various healing and conventional therapy methods in order to achieve an integrative healing approach of physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of one's being.Over the past four years, Lenka’s events have grown in popularity, drawing people seeking real, lasting transformation. Now, as she enters a new and beautiful chapter—preparing to welcome twins—she is relocating to the picturesque countryside of the Czech Republic, her homeland.From this beautiful setting, Lenka will continue her work by hosting intimate retreats, offering 1:1 immersive stays, and creating digital courses to reach and support others around the world on their healing journeys.She will also continue her work in London from next year onwards.
