Hi! My name is Kasi Cruz and I am the founder of Perseverance Training and Wellness. Exercise has always been a huge passion of mine that has brought me so much joy. When I first became a trainer, it made me sad to see that so many people had such a strained relationship with it. Over the years I have worked with all types at all skill levels and I have found that my particular brand of patience, encouragement, and knowledge works well for people who are just starting out as well as people who are more advanced. My goals isn't just to give you a workout. It's to help you build a positive relationship with exercise, and in time, even come to enjoy it.
