AtTierOnePilates, we believe that movement is for every body — Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or leveling up your flow, we create welcoming, empowering experiences designed to support your wellness journey.Our classes are led by Tai’janae Harris, founder of Tier One Pilates and a passionate Pilates instructor dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowering movement space. Tai’janae first fell in love with Pilates while exploring ways to strengthen her body, clear her mind, and reconnect with herself.She believes every class is a chance for self-discovery, confidence-building, and most of all—fun. Her playlists are a mix of feel-good throwbacks, soulful beats, and tracks that keep the energy high from the first breath to the final stretch.Tai’janae hosts Pilates events across Metro Detroit and beyond, including pop-ups, themed classes, and curated wellness experiences designed to bring people together through movement.Have questions or want to collaborate?
