Dorothy Williams, Founder and Executive Director of Seasons Exchange, a 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to the advancement of women and their families. She served as an educator for 46 years with a BA in Elementary Education, MA in Early Childhood Education, Studied Administration Certification, Early Childhood Specialist, Curriculum Writer, Diversity Chair, and the Co-Leader of Women's Ministry.Regardless of the challenges women and their families encounter, Williams is a passionate advocate and supporter. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.She is a wife, mother, and grandmother that works to unite generations to solve challenges that permeate our society. Williams is the receipient of Teacher of the Year, acknowleged in Who's Who in America's Teachers, Faculty Leader, Presenter of Diversity Curriculum, Parenting Advisor, Phi Delta Kappa Member, National Life PTA Member, and National Science Association Member.
