Gilda is a Breath and Meditation Coach, Yoga Teacher, Sound Journey Creator, and Innerdance (Kundalini Activation) Facilitator. After a burnout she decided to live in Thailand at a Buddhist Vipassana Center in silent meditation for 5 months.After returning she decided to expand her studies of mindfulness, human consciousness, physiology and the role of sound in all of these topics.
