Hi, I'm Isabel,I help people deepen their connection with themselves and others through the power of breath. By guiding them to find calmness and inner peace, I support them in enhancing both their emotional and physical well-being.I was introduced to the benefits of breathwork meditation many years ago. I found that practising regularly helped improve my focus, reduce tension and get me through some very difficult times in my life. I now know first-hand that the way we breathe affects every part of our mental and physical health. That's why I have made it my focus to help others experience the many benefits of SOMA Breathwork Meditation.Practising breathwork is like a dance with your breath - fun, liberating, and incredibly energizing. It's not just inhaling and exhaling, but about transforming each breath into a tool for enhancing stamina, increasing focus, and achieving inner tranquillity and emotional resilience.What you will experience in my sessions will be truly transformational.
