Hi and a warm welcome,From the heart I work towards holistic well-being, connection and music. From the age of 8 years old I have been trained in classical flute and played in multiple orchestras and musicals. Embarking on my path of development I discovered multiple healing layers music has to offer. Through the healing touch of massage, reiki, drum, flute, sound healing bowls, and thoughtfully curated events, I strive to create an atmosphere of tranquility and self-discovery.Encapsulating my core belief - sparking something profound in people that blossoms into a radiant, balanced, self-loving fire. My practice is dedicated to fostering a sense of warmth, kindness, love, motivation, magic, and inner strength that supports you on your journey.Approach:While rooted in spirituality, I believe in making the profound lessons accessible in practical, everyday life. Drawing inspiration from personal experiences, including years of practice in classical music, several mentorships and a 100-hour meditation training, I infuse each offering, in a one-on-one or group setting, with a unique perspective that bridges the spiritual and the tangible.At some point everyone seeks connection, deep rest or a space to be *nothing* in. On the spectrum of the mind, I find myself trying to find balance between it overflowing or emptiness. The practices I have adapted to in the past years I am able to come back to the softness of the heart and the body. And this I love to share.Cacao: the medicine that taught me how to listen to my heart. When embarking on a cacao medicine mentorship I learned even more about myself than I expected. How the body flows, blocks, loves, releases, shows emotion and how to authentically communicate about all of this. Mother cacao is a great love and teacher for only sometimes, or on a daily basis since drinking her meets me with the agreement that this day is led with intention and love, making space for who we will become today.Reiki: After years of finding a way to balance and navigate through all that is happening in my life, I found reiki. My first experience with this energy was around the age of 10, going through loss and grief as a child, for it to pop up years later and hold me and bring me back to intuition. I am initiated in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage in the second degree.Sound: Whether it's the resonance of the flutes, the rhythmic heartbeat of the drum, or the ethereal tones of the kalimba and voice, after all it's about the power to create.Massage: a newly adapted craft that I aspired from a young age. Since October 2024 I started to follow what makes my inner child happy, which led me to learn about energetic massage. Diving deeper into the tissues of the body is what completes one-to-one sessions. During my reiki offerings I found myself with the desire to provide deeper touch, so super happy that I am able to provide that. Doing bodywork like this brings me in a natural state of flow, dropping out of the head at first touch.Herbology and witchcraft: Combining what the earth has to offer in its abundance with grounded practices can create such magic. I love integration of herbs and rituals to give an extension to intention. To have a physical representation of the current theme makes it more tangible in my experience. Personally, when learning or releasing, I need to be in the field, working with my hands.
