Breaking Cycles CIC was founded in August 2019 by Phil Wade, a Teacher and cycling enthusiast from Clitheroe.Breaking Cycles CIC aims to provide opportunities for everyone to use cycling as a form of transport and leisure activity. Cycling has a significant positive impact on both mental and physical wellbeing.
