Nel 1889 scelta come sede della prima Accademia dei Cuochi e Pasticcieri di Roma.Nei suoi oltre 30 anni di attività Cappella Orsini ha accumulato un importante patrimonio di opere d’arte che seguono vari criteri ma tutte riconducibili ad un principio di grande intellegibilità, capacità comunicativa e sempre riferite a tradizioni spesso profondamente radicate nelle culture di appartenenza.
