My name is olya founder of breath balance. My background stems from a career in nursing for almost a decade and studies in paramedicine. My mission as a facilitator is to share the art and science of breathwork modality. I have been practising breathwork for 3 years after overcoming my own struggles with mental health and suppressing emotions through unhealthy coping strategies. I have seen first hand through my own experience and the power it has to enrich lives. Regardless if you coming from a science background or a spiritual realm. Breathwork is the most accessible forms of treatment for our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
